For Offline Purchases: These terms also apply to purchases made offline (e.g., at exhibitions, pop-up stalls, or via sales representatives). By purchasing our goods, you agree to our policies regarding returns, refunds, and liability as stated in our official invoices and this document.

3. Online Store Terms (D2C)

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

4. Commercial & B2B Terms

If you are purchasing from Vedasri as a wholesaler, retailer, or distributor ("B2B Partner"):

1. Resale Authorization: You are authorized to resell our products only if explicitly agreed upon in a written agreement or vendor registration form. Unauthorized reselling on third-party marketplaces (like Amazon/Flipkart) without a "Letter of Authorization" (LOA) from us is strictly prohibited.
2. Pricing: B2B pricing, payment terms, and credit cycles are governed by separate Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoices, but are subject to the general liability clauses within these Terms.
3. Inspection: B2B partners are required to inspect goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies (damages/shortages) must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

5. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only.

• Historical Data: This site may contain certain historical information (e.g., past pricing or old blog posts) which is provided for your reference only.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

• Visual Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, as dry fruits are natural agricultural products, slight variations in size, color, and texture may occur. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Sales Limitations: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
• Quantity Limits: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

8. Health Disclaimer (Crucial for Food Brands)

• Allergen Warning: Our products (Panchmeva, Super Breakfast, etc.) contain tree nuts (Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts) and seeds. They are processed in a facility that also handles peanuts, soy, and wheat. If you have severe nut allergies, please consult a medical professional before consuming our products.
• Not Medical Advice: The information provided on our website regarding the health benefits of ingredients (e.g., "Makhana is good for bones") is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
